Job summary

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is seeking a motivated Project & Logistics Assistant to support project management and kit/logistics teams in Exton, PA. This full-time clerical role focuses on inventory, labeling, shipments, data entry, and documentation.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock, restocking supplies, building kits and shippers, processing orders, and assisting with billing entries. Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams is preferred, along with a proactive,

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher is required.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and other computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management and Kit/Logistics teams with inventory management.
• Monitor and restock office supplies.
• Print labels and create label packets.
• Monitor and fulfill supply orders from sites.
• Complete kit and shipper builds.
• Complete QC of kit builds.
• Schedule and track logistics of outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Billing entry for labels, kits, and supply fulfillment.
• Data entry for kitting activities.
• Creation of kit build and order documentation.
