Uber Freight in Rogers, AR is seeking a Customer Support Specialist I to schedule appointments for customer shipments. This entry-level role is on-site (Mon-Fri) with an hourly pay range of $17.00–$18.50, located at our Rogers office.

You will coordinate dock appointments and communicate with shippers, receivers, and internal partners to ensure on-time scheduling. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0-1 years of customer service, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Entry level, 0-1 years of customer service experience.
• Clear and professional oral and written communication including email etiquette.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Able to work overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, prompt, and professional communication with shippers, receivers, and internal partners regarding appointment confirmations, delays, and schedule revisions.
• Utilize facility portals, online scheduling tools, phone, and email to secure and manage dock appointments.
• Update shipments within the system with accurate appointment times, reference numbers, and facility contact details.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve scheduling issues and prevent delays.
