Qualifications

• Able to work overtime if needed.
• Customer service experience within an office environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of the freight industry (preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, prompt, and professional communication with shippers, receivers, and internal partners regarding appointment confirmations, delays, and schedule revisions
• Utilize facility portals, online scheduling tools, phone, and email to secure and manage dock appointments
• Update shipments within the system with accurate appointment times, reference numbers, and facility contact details
• Collaborate directly with internal and external partners to resolve scheduling issues and prevent delays
