Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Customer Service Representative on 2nd shift in Bloomington, IN. The role focuses on processing orders, providing transit information, and resolving service issues. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to customers and act as liaison to resolve issues.
• Resolve product or service problems and ensure resolution with follow-up.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
