Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team in Indiana. You will maintain high levels of customer service and communicate with client representatives and trucking teams to ensure top service levels.

The role requires dispatch/TMS experience, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with WMS systems. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in dispatch or TMS.
• Experience scheduling Truckloads/LTL via a TMS.
• Strong oral and written communication with carriers and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Process customer adjustments and financial records.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information; assist with order/product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
