Precision Terminal Logistics LLC is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to handle computer inventory controls for customer-owned systems, communicate with clients via phone and email, and perform general office duties in a process-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will be sociable, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to support logistics and safety standards across shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer entries and inventories with accurate record-keeping and timely communication.
• Coordinate shipments, liaising between customers and logistics teams for efficient transport.
• Assist with truck scaling and proper documentation in compliance with procedures.
• Perform basic math to calculate quantities, weights, and measurements.
• Follow checklists and SOPs after training to ensure procedures are followed.
