Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer entries and inventory systems with accurate records and timely communication.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics teams to enable efficient transportation.
• Scale in and out trucks while completing proper documentation per standards.
• Apply basic math to calculate quantities, weights, and measurements.
• Follow checklists after training to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain office equipment and spaces.
• Participate in cross-training to support other commodity requirements.
• Respond to incidents during training, participate in drills, and report promptly.
• Demonstrate professional phone, email etiquette and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse personalities to maintain a positive attitude.
