Job summary

RXO, Inc. in Bristow, VA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners and drivers, ensuring delivery commitments are met and the customer experience is exceptional.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, resolve issues, monitor routes, and assist with warehouse tasks. A high school diploma and 1 year call center experience are preferred; Spanish bilingual is a plus. Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10am–7pm.

Qualifications

• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
• Scan drivers to ensure compliance
• Print product return labels
• Assist leadership with warehouse duties
