Job summary

RXO in Bristow, VA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, partners and drivers and ensure on-time deliveries.

The role pays $18–$18.50 per hour and may include bonus or commission; schedule Sunday-Thursday, 10a-7p.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, resolve issues, monitor routes, process order changes, and assist warehouse leadership as needed. Strong MS Office skills and good customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
• Scan drivers to ensure compliance.
• Print product return labels.
• Assist leadership with warehouse duties.
