The position offers an hourly wage of $18–$18.50 and may include bonus or commission pay. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 10am-7pm, and duties include assisting customers, handling complaints, and coordinating delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
• Scan drivers to ensure compliance.
