Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to act as a resource for customer requests and resolve delivery issues by coordinating with other departments. Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in customer service or related roles.
• 3–5 years experience in Freight Forwarding, logistics, 3PL or trucking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures for setting up routes and transit times.
• Answer incoming and make outbound calls providing outstanding service.
• Use TMS to trace loads and provide shipment updates to customers.
• Respond to customer emails in the team inbox proactively.
• Promote additional services to contribute to overall profit.
• Act as liaison between sales/account management and customers to improve service.
