Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customer Success Administrator II in Clayton, IN to provide essential operational support within the supply chain environment. You will coordinate transportation with multiple carriers and manage customer profiles, service needs, and inquiries to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

You will handle documentation, track orders, assist with tracing for complex shipments, generate operational reports, and communicate with internal teams and carriers to resolve issues,

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and job specific software applications.
• Ability to review and verify logistics and transportation information.
• Ability to track and trace basic shipments, domestic and international as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop critical relationships with customers; maintain profiles and service needs.
• Manage document accuracy for customers and carriers; oversee complex shipments.
• Process operational data in software systems; identify and resolve concerns.
• Run, analyze and summarize operational reports for colleagues or supervisors.
• Interface with airlines, shipping, truck and related carriers to understand requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Create and process invoices; assist customers with questions and payments.
