• Use databases and logs to locate information and verify details, supporting operational needs.
• Track orders and shipments, assist with invoicing and payment, and ensure operational accuracy.
• Prepare information for quotes or potential services and assist with standard to complex quotes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe and effective work environment.
