Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-focused role where service excellence was essential, preferably in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Fulfill Orders: handle entry, dispatch, scale operations, and ticket processing; assign trucks and provide maps and directions.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: respond quickly to customer needs with practical solutions and service excellence.
• Keep Things on Track: meet department performance standards and benchmark service levels.
• Manage Transactions: handle cash, process card payments and deposits, adjust accounts as needed.
