• Provide pricing, pickup requests, and review billing disputes.
• Resolve in-transit issues and track shipments.
• Engage customers, providers, and internal ArcBest contacts via phone and multiple inboxes.
• Create BOLs and shipment documentation.
• Maintain communication to meet freight promises.
