• 3-5 years experience in Freight Forwarding, logistics, 3PL, Transportation Brokerage or Trucking company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for setting up routes and transit times / appointment scheduling.
• Answer calls, inbound and outbound, with urgency and professionalism.
• Use Transportation Management Software to trace loads and update customers.
