JB Harris Logistics LLC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring transportation and logistics needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

The role is primarily based in Jackson, GA, with occasional travel to other local JB Harris locations and some days at the Newnan office. The CSR will handle inquiries, coordinate shipments, and support basic accounting tasks while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in logistics/transportation.
• Experience with logistics software and CRM tools preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process orders and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate shipments and update customers on status.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare service reports.
• Investigate and resolve shipment issues; collaborate with internal teams.
• Provide administrative support and travel to local JB Harris locations as needed.
• Work primarily from the Jackson, GA office.
