Job summary

Landstar Transportation Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to deliver outstanding service to customers, agents, and carriers. You will handle calls, emails, chats, and SMS, resolve routine queries, and log detailed notes for seamless follow-up.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of related experience, with strong communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills. Onsite in Jacksonville, FL with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Strong ability to listen and interpret customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and high call volumes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat and SMS.
• Provide information and basic solutions to customers, agents, BCOs and third-party carriers.
• Document interactions accurately for follow-up and accountability.
• Resolve most calls without escalation and minimize transfers.
• Use multiple tools to support customers and record interactions clearly.
