Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Frontline coordinating with carriers and customers required.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for assigned customers, including arrivals, departures, and in-transit activity.
• Analyze carrier performance and optimize loads and routes.
• Support specializations: Premium Freight Management, Dedicated Contract Carriage, and other programs.
