Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Port Reading to build rapport with clients and ensure accurate data entry for shipping and receiving. You will support order processing to keep site operations efficient and reliable.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service experience, strong MS Office and WMS skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced logistics environment. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a customer service-related capacity.
• Able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run and print shipments from WMS.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Generate related paperwork for customer work orders.
• Check orders for special requests.
