Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, USA location Port Reading, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The CSR will build rapport with clients, input shipping data, and process orders to support site operations. Strong data entry, communication, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and comfort with MS Office and WMS systems. Competitive benefits and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from the WMS and print documents.
• Check product availability and stock reports.
• Prepare all required paperwork for customer work orders.
• Verify orders for special requests and expedite when needed.
• Notify customers of activity and coordinate with other departments.
