Responsibilities

• Label Control: prepare, distribute, and reprint all labels for carton/pallet pickers daily; track and document labels.
• Yard Coordination: communicate outbound pulls to yard drivers; ensure trailers are ready for loading.
• Administrative Functions: data entry for shipments; prepare Bills of Lading; schedule LTL pickups; file outbound paperwork.
• Safety: maintain clean work area; follow OSHA guidelines; ensure proper sealing and security of documents.
