Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
• Proficient with MS Office Applications and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Maintain accurate data entry of shipping and receiving information.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound activity for assigned accounts.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and proper documentation.
