Job summary

STG Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Manager in the Dublin, OH area to plan and forecast for all customers while monitoring site activity and ensuring excellent service. You will help STG continue delivering freight solutions to global customers and lead a team with focus on operational excellence.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3 years in logistics, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication to build customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 3 years of experience in related logistics or transportation.
• Ability to communicate with credibility and build customer relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to learn required software.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert of our Rail Optimizer software, troubleshoot, monitor board execution, and manage the Final Inspection board to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to our valued customers.
• Lead a team and coach them to a high level of performance.
• Monitor procedures with an eye for continuous improvement.
• Recommend best practices to improve operational excellence; encourage others to share their ideas for process improvement.
• Review billing practices to ensure financial health and maximize margin.
• Approve time and attendance requests for colleagues.
