In this on-site role in Louisville, you will manage orders, delivery status, and product details, while coordinating with installation teams and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

A high school diploma and at least two years of experience are required; proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or office administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information on orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing questions, concerns, and requests.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and installation services.
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate unresolved matters to the supervisor when necessary.
• Monitor and track delivery schedules to provide real-time updates.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services to support inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to maintain seamless operations and exceptional service.
