RXO Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure outstanding service across our network in the United States. You will work with customers, business partners and drivers to meet commitments and delight customers at every step of the experience.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, resolve complaints calmly, and monitor delivery routes while processing changes or cancellations to orders. A strong focus on organization and multitasking will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
