The role offers a standard day shift, temporary-to-hire status, and a pay range of $20–$22 per hour. You’ll work with Account Managers, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely processing and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience (logistics or transportation experience preferred).
• Strong typing skills and proficiency with business software like Microsoft tools and CRM databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound quote requests and maintain proactive communication with customers.
• Enter orders accurately into business systems and double-check details for timely processing.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales, and Logistics teams to support daily operations.
• Prepare regular customer reports and track order status.
• Address customer concerns using empathetic, solution-focused communication.
• Share fresh ideas to streamline team processes and communication.
