Job summary

Daikin Comfort seeks a Logistics Customer Service Representative to respond to customer inquiries, manage orders from purchase to shipment, and support sales through lead generation and ongoing rapport with customers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions inside a well-defined process.

Qualifications

• HVAC product and market knowledge required.
• Excellent customer service skills and problem solving.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain customer records and process orders.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments to resolve issues.
• Process Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs) and transfer requests.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
