Daikin Comfort seeks an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to support bulk, residential new construction, and specialty orders. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align procurement and logistics strategies, serving as the main client contact via calls, meetings, and emails.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in supply chain or operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Enters and fulfills orders according to client needs
• Works closely with local branches and factory to ensure order fulfillment
• Collaborates with other departments to identify and maintain accurate and efficient fulfillment
• Assist customer in ensuring correct product selection and matchups
• Monitor logistics to ensure deliveries run smoothly
• Returns inventory as needed
• Runs open order reports regularly
• Performs additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs
