Job summary

MEDLOG USA is seeking an Intermodal Customer Service Representative (CSR) to process customer orders in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and communicate updates to customers and dispatch. You will be the initial contact for questions, balancing multiple emails and calls with strong time management and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include tracking loads, notifying clients of changes, handling administrative tasks, and building lasting relationships with accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience; intermodal industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook as well as overall computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify potential late and at-risk deliveries and facilitate resolutions.
• Monitor and track loads and notify customers and dispatch of changes.
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain records.
• Create templates on our TMS for customer orders.
• Process customer orders and relay information to dispatch.
• Trace orders to provide updates or changes throughout the day.
• Coordinate emergency moves with dispatch and build relationships with accounts.
