• Assist in high-level administrative duties supporting Transportation Customer Service.

• Support operator line by answering and directing calls to personnel.
• Communicate and elevate information; collaborate with cross-functional FST teams.
• Adhere to defined business processes and utilize all technology platforms as defined by FST.
• Understand contractual details and expirations; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
