Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders: review details and ensure pickup/delivery timelines.
• Track shipments daily and communicate delays to customers.
• Respond to service disruptions by investigating causes and proposing solutions.
• Manage shipment changes (reroutes, expedited delivery) balancing needs and feasibility.
• Provide updates and answer inquiries via phone, email, and portal.
• Analyze shipment details to identify revenue opportunities.
• Communicate additional accessorial charges during order lifecycle.
• Log interactions and resolutions for reporting.
• Track and capture customer award volumes; reinforce contractual compliance.
