Job summary

EASE Logistics Services LLC is seeking an Entry Level CS Support Coordinator for the 3rd shift at our Dublin, OH location. You will be the first line of defense, ensuring carriers have complete transit information and updating customers throughout transportation.

Responsibilities include handling quotes, coordinating with Account Managers, and maintaining carrier relationships to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Training provided with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degrees weighted; experience acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute all aspects of the EASE Customer Journey.
• Provide transportation quotes based on market rates.
• Book loads and communicate with carriers and customers.
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries and maintain carrier relationships.
• Update Account Managers on issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate portals and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
