The Visual Pak Companies in Waukegan, IL is seeking a Customer Service Rep (3PL) to process orders and coordinate shipping, ensuring accurate routing and timely fulfillment for our distribution network.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a CSR role within logistics or a distribution center, familiarity with shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips, manifests), and strong communication skills for phone, email, or chat interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years CSR experience in Logistics/Shipping/Distribution Center or detail-oriented, customer service driven environment.
• Experience with 3PL preferred; knowledge of shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips, manifests) is a plus.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.
• Route and schedule daily pick-ups and print Bills of Lading for carrier loads.
• Ensure routing/scheduling complies with customer/vendor standards to reduce chargebacks.
• Collaborate with distribution center to dock-confirm shipments.
• Work with support teams to resolve order issues.
