Job summary

Visual Pak Companies is seeking a Customer Service Rep (3PL) to process orders and coordinate shipping to meet customer requirements. The role requires experience in a busy logistics/shipping environment, high organization, and strong communication via phone, email, or chat.

You will work with the distribution center to ensure dock confirmations, resolve order issues, and support daily routing and carrier scheduling. A strong background in MS Office and warehouse systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years minimum experience in CSR role in Logistics/Shipping/Distribution Center.
• Must be detail oriented and customer service driven.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and ensure orders are accurate and timely.
• Route and schedule daily pick-ups; print Bills of Lading for carrier loads.
• Ensure routing/compliance with customer/vendor standards to reduce chargebacks.
• Coordinate with distribution center to confirm dock shipments; resolve order issues.
• Assist with additional duties as directed by the WH Administrative Manager.

Overall job will focus on shipping orders within customer's requirements. Candidate will have prior customer service experience in a busy logistics/shipping warehouse environment; will be highly organized with an ability to handle multiple tasks; and will have the ability to establish a great relationship with our customer's over the phone, email and/or chat.Direct ReportsNonePosition Responsibilities-Tasks-DeliverablesAn individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below.
