Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Waco, TX. You will support the flow of materials, products, and information across shipping and supply chain processes, coordinating shipments, inventory, and documentation with internal teams and transportation partners.

You will also assist receiving, inventory control, and general administrative tasks, contributing to cost control and high service levels for customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics principles, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Proficient with logistics management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities with management, scheduler, and shipping staff.
• Schedule outbound shipments, coordinate pickups/deliveries, and create BOLs.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and provide shipment updates to customers.
• Receive materials, verify against orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide front-office support and assist with administrative duties.
