Job summary

LX Pantos Americas is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage supply chain processes, ensure efficient materials handling, and facilitate effective communication between vendors and internal departments. You will coordinate carrier arrivals at the warehouse on time and support inventory control and shipping/receiving activities.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, proficiency in TMS and Excel, and familiarity with hazardous materials regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in transportation management systems and analytical tools.
• Experience with shipping/receiving processes and inventory control.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries through carrier coordination.
• Provide visibility with tracking, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Verify truck arrival within scheduled pickup window and location.
• Reschedule recoveries for truck no-shows.
• Identify high-frequency no-show carriers from shipment data.
