Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Proficiency in SAP shipping/warehouse modules and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with trucking companies.
• Review orders, confirm quantities, and generate BOLs, packing lists, and docs.
• Enter tracking info into ERP/WMS systems.
• Verify inventory counts and locations with Warehouse team.
• Direct and monitor loading of finished can pallets onto trailers.
• Ensure safety procedures and DOT compliance at loading docks.
• Oversee finished goods storage, labeling, and pallet integrity.
• Communicate with carriers, production, and planning on scheduling.
• Maintain records in compliance with regulations and company policy.
