Responsibilities

• Support loads from creation through delivery and invoicing (BOL, POD, documentation).
• Perform high-volume data entry in TMS/AS400 systems.
• Track shipments and provide status updates.
• Source, vet and manage carrier capacity in alignment with brokerage standards.
• Communicate with carriers and customers to resolve issues.
• Execute carrier onboarding and compliance verification.
• Validate accessorial charges and end of load obligations.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
