Job summary

Ventamatic, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Support Professional to help manage daily operations in Mineral Wells, Texas.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate order and inventory records, and prepare shipping documents. You will communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve routine issues, track statuses, and ensure data accuracy in spreadsheets and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; logistics education is a plus.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or office support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to support on-time delivery and receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, shipping documents, and related logistics data.
• Prepare, review, and file documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, and receiving records.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, warehouse staff, and internal teams to resolve routine shipping or delivery issues.
• Track shipment status and update stakeholders on progress, delays, or discrepancies as needed.
• Support inventory reconciliation by comparing physical counts with system records and reporting variances.
• Enter and update information in spreadsheets, databases, or enterprise systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and other transportation-related activities.
• Help ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable shipping, receiving, and documentation requirements.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support the logistics team.
