The Lead Shipping Associate will mentor team members, manage carrier relationships, and support operational excellence while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of shipping/receiving experience in a warehouse.
• Experience with QuickShip and UPS Ship Manager.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Process shipments and generate labels using QuickShip and UPS Ship Manager.
• Verify outbound shipments against packing lists and POs.
• Receive inbound shipments and update inventory records.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates on shipping procedures.
• Generate reports and support process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
