Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Coordinator I to deliver and manage inventory at customers’ sites. The role covers storing, distributing and fulfilling orders for merchandise, parts, and equipment while adhering to safety and DOT standards.

You will support accurate shipments, set up customer spaces, handle spot buys when needed, and work with the sales team to keep customers satisfied. This entry-level position emphasizes teamwork and operational precision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience or training in warehouse, inventory counting or delivery.
• Willingness to learn and work on semi-routine assignments.
• Ability to understand and carry out written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to transport and deliver goods safely and per DOT regulations.
• Ensure shipment accuracy and proper VMI space/placement at customer sites.
• Set up areas to receive shipments and stock products in designated areas.
• Track customer orders from pickup to delivery and setup at site.
• Report observations and assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain barcode accuracy and replenish labels as needed.
