You will mentor team members, use QuickShip and UPS Ship Manager, ensure on-time shipments, maintain documentation, and support process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years shipping/receiving in warehouse.
• Experience with QuickShip or UPS Ship Manager.
• Experience coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Process shipments, generate labels, and track deliveries using QuickShip and UPS Ship Manager.
• Verify outbound shipments against packing lists and orders for accuracy.
• Receive inbound shipments and update inventory records.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on shipping procedures.
