Job summary

Rehrig Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to execute daily transportation activities, schedule shipments, assign carriers, and track shipments across facilities. You will maintain documentation in JDE and communicate exceptions.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of transportation experience, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/TMS systems; Oracle/JDE experience is preferred. Willingness to travel 5–10% is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum two years of transportation, logistics, or related ops experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/TMS systems; Oracle/JDE preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shipments to meet customer delivery requirements and facility shipping schedules.
• Assign shipments to approved carriers using routing guides and procedures.
• Monitor shipments from scheduled pickup through delivery and maintain records in designated systems.
• Notify stakeholders of delays or exceptions and escalate as needed.
• Communicate shipment status and exceptions to internal teams and carriers.
