Job summary

Franklin Sports, Inc. seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage customer orders from entry to invoicing and to coordinate outbound shipments. This on-site role is based at our Memphis, TN distribution center and reports to the Logistics Manager.

You will interact daily with carriers, prepare orders, update systems, and ensure accurate fulfillment while maintaining strong records and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or similar is highly desired.
• Three years of directly related experience strongly preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through invoicing.
• Coordinate outbound shipments via LTL and small parcel carriers.
• Maintain detailed records and provide customer service.
• Interact with internal teams and external partners regularly.
• Update pick lists in AS400 and on customer websites when applicable.
• Prepare orders by ship date and destination; group orders for picking.
• Invoicing for outbound shipments and carrier charges; track shipments.
