Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support distribution centers with transportation planning for our furniture and inbound networks.

You will manage load plans, assign carriers, track shipments, and maintain trailer pools. The role requires strong Excel and Outlook skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to coordinate across DCs, freight carriers, warehouses and stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with others.
• Flexible and able to take on additional duties as needed.
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Follow a load plan and assign carriers per routing guide.
• Track loads from pickup to delivery.
• Maintain trailer pools for carriers and DCs.
• Run and update reports in multiple applications.
• Coordinate with DCs, freight carriers, warehouses, and stores.
• Adapt to working across multiple DCs and interfaces.
