Franklin Sports, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage orders from entry through invoicing, coordinate shipments via LTL and small parcel, and ensure timely fulfillment at our Memphis Distribution Center.
This on-site role reports to the Logistics Manager and requires a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field and at least 3 years of experience; strong Microsoft Office skills and carrier knowledge are highly valued.

In this role, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer orders from entry through invoicing, coordinating outbound shipments via LTL and small parcel carriers, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. The position involves frequent communication with internal teams and external partners, maintaining detailed records, and providing exceptional customer service.
The position is an on-site position, located at our Distribution Center in Memphis, TN, and will report to the Logistics Manager.
Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and the requires ability to independently follow up on pending items and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.
This position does not supervise employees.
