Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, handle, and process documentation including air waybills and customs documents.
• Update shipment information in the operating system.
• Dispatch freight timely to avoid supply chain disruptions.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders via email/phone.
• Monitor reports to identify performance and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with invoicing based on SOPs and tariffs.
• Maintain vendor relationships with airlines and trucking companies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Meet KPIs and seek process improvements.
