Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year in logistics or supply chain.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Follow a load plan and assign carriers per routing guide.
• Manage time across emails, load planning, metrics, and carrier/DC/hub communication.
• Track loads from pickup to delivery.
• Maintain trailer pools for carriers and DCs.
• Troubleshoot in-transit issues and respond to emails promptly.
• Generate and distribute reports to internal and external partners.
