Job summary

Franklin Sports, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage orders from entry through invoicing, coordinate shipments via LTL and small parcel, and ensure timely fulfillment at our Memphis Distribution Center.

This on-site role reports to the Logistics Manager and requires a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field and at least 3 years of experience; strong Microsoft Office skills and carrier knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Strong data entry accuracy and validation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through invoicing.
• Coordinate outbound shipments via LTL and small parcel carriers.
• Maintain records and provide exceptional customer service.
• Interact with internal teams and external partners regularly.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
